Japanese Curry Beef filling:
beef, cabbage, onion, ginger, garlic and spice.
Dumpling wrappers:
Enriched wheat flour, water, salt, corn starch
MAY CONTAIN: egg, wheat, soy, nuts
We use hand slaughtered halal chicken and beef for our dumplings filling.
Add 2-3 tsp cooking oil in a non-stick pan and place frozen dumplings flat side down in a single layer.
Add ⅓ cup of cold water to the pan. Cover pan and let steam for 3 minutes, remove cover and let remaining water evaporate.
Cook until the bottom side of the dumplings are crispy brown.
Serve with your preferred sauce.
